Memry Savanhu is an actress and film-maker now based in Nigeria. She is quickly establishing herself on the famed Nollywood scene. Now in her 8th year in the industry, she is known for her roles in ‘Nnenda’, ‘Cougars’ ‘Reloaded’ ‘Maria’s vision’ and ‘76’. In her role as a producer, she produced the film ‘Distance Between.’
Denise Edwards was born in Harare. In addition to being an actress, she is also a film director, writer, producer, film editor and musician. She has produced, directed and acted in the short films ‘The House Sitter’, ‘Yamaha’, ‘Inicio’ ‘Demise’, ‘Lost’, ‘Psychedelic’ and the feature film ‘Far from Yesterday’.
Ratidzo Mambo is a film, theatre, Tv and voice-over artist. In 2000, she landed her 1st feature film role in Zimbabwe’s top grossing feature film ‘Yellow Card.’ The film had a successful run on the International Festival Circuit winning awards along the way.
Hannah Madzikanda was born in the UK to Zimbabwean parents, and has lived in Zimbabwe since the age of 3. She started her acting career just aged 6 after being scouted by Zimbabwean film producers who offered her a 1st feature film role in ‘Far From Yesterday’. The producers described her as being ‘a perfect fit for the role.’
